The presentation of Roald Dahl’s “The BFG” from A-BA-BA-HA-LA-MA-HA Publishers at the 20th Lviv Publishers’ Forum

The leadership of the reader’s attention among new books for children was taken by Roald Dahl’s "The BFG" (The Big Friendly Giant), brilliantly presented in the “Voskresinnya” theatre.

The presentation was even attended by the book’s characters themselves: the Big Friendly Giant and a little girl Sophie, together with the people who made their best for the book of a beloved British writer to be published in Ukrainian: Victor Morozov та Ivan Malkovych. They even prepared a special song.

Yuri Andrukhovych, one of the most famous Ukrainian writers who accidentally dropped in to the presentation, won a merry children’s best tongue twister telling competition and, along with the other winners, got the “BFG” book as a present.
